3. ORDER INSURANCE
Order insurance is optional and selected or deselected by the customer at the time of order. Insurance covers loss of parcel during transit.
4. ORDER PROCESSING & ORDER DELIVERY
- Order processing time is 1 to 7 business days + Australia wide order delivery time by Australia Post Domestic E-Parcel service is 1 to 3 business days anywhere in Australia = 2 to 10 business days
- Order processing time is 1 to 7 business days + International order delivery time by Australia Post International E-Parcel service is 5 to 7 business days anywhere in the world = 6 to 14 business days
* In November, December, January order delivery may take longer due to increased number of parcels sent during this period of time.
5. EXCHANGE POLICY
We will exchange any item of our current collections ordered/bought from our stores with any item available in stock at the time of exchange if you made a mistake and ordered wrong size or wrong colour under condition that the item is unworn in original packaging and with a tax invoice. Delivery of the exchanged pair is payable by a customer.
6. RETURN POLICY
We accept return of the ordered/bought items only for exchange in case of wrongly selected size and/or colour. Postage cost of the returned for exchange and exchanged items payable by the customer. Returns for exchange requests are acceptable within 12 months from the date of order.
7. REFUND POLICY
Full refund will be made back to the customer's card or paypal account if we won't be able to supply ordered item to the customer on time and if customer is not willing to wait longer than a standard order processing time.

Your preferences with regard to how we use your information are our highest priority. We don't share customer's personal information with anyone.
9. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
AUSTRALIAN UGG ORIGINAL™ footwear is warranted only against defective craftsmanship for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If faulty item is repairable then it will be repaired, if faulty item is not repairable then it will be replaced with a new item. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover wear and tear as well as damages due to careless and inappropriate wearing.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All countries have their own intellectual property legislations that may differ from the Australian Intellectual Property Legislation, therefore this is customers responsibility to make sure that goods they are ordering from Australia are not prohibited in the countries where customer instruct us to send their orders to. No refund is made and no responsibility is accepted on the basis of customer unawareness of the Intellectual Property Legislation in the country where they instruct us to send their orders to.
11. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Each country has its own Customs Legislation that regulates customs clearance of the imported goods therefore this is a customers responsibility to be aware of the Customs Legislation in the destination countries, countries where they instruct us to send their orders to.

We offer FREE shipping Australia wide for a limited time. Place your order now and save $20 on each pair. Conditions:
- Free shipping applies only to the initial order and only under condition that it will not be returned for refund / unclaimed.
- If initial order is returned for refund / unclaimed then shipping fee of $20 per item will be deducted from refunded amount.
- It's is free to AU customers but not to us. We pay $20 per pair to Australia Post because it doesn't provide free shipping.
- Free shipping is a special limited time offer, therefore if you want to place your order then do it while it's not too late.
